9-11 Month Well Visit

At this visit, growth, development and nutrition will be reviewed. Routine vaccinations should be up to date. An Influenza vaccine may be offered depending on availability. Screening for anemia and lead exposure will be performed with a finger stick in the office. The hemoglobin results are immediate, however the lead results take a week. You will be notified of any abnormalities and results are published to your portal. However if you have questions or don’t see results after the test is performed, please call our office. A spot vision test will be performed at this visit to screen for early signs of vision problems. Oral health is important in maintaining strong teeth. Fluoride varnish is available for application in the office.
